Purposes and Legal Grounds

This processing relies on the establishment/performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Where necessary, your explicit consent is obtained.

Your data is collected electronically via channels such as the contact/quote form on our website, e-mail and phone.

Transfer of Data

Your data may be shared with our domestic suppliers (hosting, e-mail, analytics) to the extent required by the service, and with legally authorised public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the statutory limitation periods; upon expiry it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

As a data subject you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, to request deletion/destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
